FRENCH BISTRO: This menu is not like our fine dining dinner services, it is a relaxed service designed to emulate an authentic bistro experience from the streets of Paris.

Starter
Country style Duck and Pork Terrine with Caramelized Onion Jam
Main
Pan fried Dory fillets with Parsley and Fennel Coulis, Steamed Clams, Saffron Potatoes, and Cauliflower Purée
Dessert:
Roasted Pineapple with Juniper Toffee, Glass Biscuit, and Lemongrass Sorbet

What is Brasserie Le Cordon Bleu?
Brasserie Le Cordon Bleu is our training restaurant where our students get practical experience in a real restaurant environment - all under the expert guidance of their chef lecturers. In the kitchen, we have students from our Diplôme de Cuisine programme. In the dining room we have our Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business students serving you and putting their theory skills into practice.
Brasserie & High Tea Refund Policy
• No refunds are provided unless the event is cancelled by Le Cordon Bleu NZ.
• Customers can arrange for someone else to take their place.
