3 Cheeses In Three Hours - July 18
About this Event
3 Cheeses in 3 Hours
Have you ever wondered how milk becomes cheese?
Join us at Jeremiah Farm & Goat Dairy on Johns Island for a delicious afternoon of cheesemaking, farm stories, and plenty of tasting. In this fun, beginner-friendly class, Farmer Casey will show you just how easy it is to transform fresh milk into three crowd-pleasing cheeses: Feta, Mozzarella, and Ricotta.
We'll gather in the farmhouse kitchen just steps away from the goats who provided the milk and walk through each cheesemaking process together. Along the way, you'll learn simple techniques, helpful tips, and a few tricks that will give you the confidence to try cheesemaking at home.
This class is demonstration-style, relaxed, and full of opportunities to ask questions, sample fresh cheese, and connect with fellow food lovers. We'll also share ideas for using leftover whey and ways to incorporate your homemade cheeses into everyday meals.
And yes—we eat everything we make!
