You’ll be guided through time-tested practices that awaken your inner energy gently, sustainably, and with respect for your unique pace. Expect kriya, breathwork, mantra, and meditation is held in sacred space by experienced teachers.
This is not “Kundalini Yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan.” What we offer is older, subtler, and more aligned with the classical path.
Whether you choose the 3- or 5-day format, this retreat is a doorway into deeper presence and personal insight with the potential to awaken the Kundalini energy within you or, at the very least, shift your present reality. If you’re a teacher or facilitator, this retreat also qualifies for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (20 hours for 3 days, 35 hours for 5 days).
