What happens when the body is exhausted, but the mind refuses to sleep?

3 AM is a movement-based performance that explores the fragile, restless world of an insomniac. Lying in bed with closed eyes, the body longs for rest while the mind drifts through a maze of thoughts, memories, anxieties, and imagined worlds.

As thoughts loop relentlessly between the past and the future, every attempt to fall asleep becomes another journey into wakefulness. Advice from friends and family offers no escape. As the night deepens, exhaustion begins to blur the boundaries between reality and imagination.

Through movement, 3 AM creates a hauntingly intimate portrait of sleeplessness - a space where the body remains still, but the mind never stops moving.
