What to Bring:

Please dress comfortably.

Bring a mat, a pillow, an eye mask, and a blanket.

If you don't want to sit on the floor for too long, consider bringing a portable chair and an extra pillow to make your experience more comfortable. Your comfort is essential, so bring whatever you need.
