Morning Nature Walk

Join us for a morning nature walk! A revitalizing walk through Newport's Nature Preserve led by Goldie Choi, accompanied by a short walking meditation to start your journey!

Difficulty level: Easy

Trail Length: About 2 miles (~1 hour)

Try out our sunglasses for your walk and meet new friends for a revitalizing experience of connection and wellness.

*Please arrive promptly and bring headphones (for the meditation portion of the walk). We will leave the shop for the walk at 9:10am. Beverages and small bites will be provided post-walk.
