Event Schedule:

Before the event:

~Look for our event reminder which will come a few days before the event with a reminder about the event and any updates.

~ Check out our frequently asked questions page if you have any questions from what to wear to what to do if I run into someone I am uncomfortable chatting with at the event?

~Email [email protected] if you cannot make it. We try to balance our male to female participant numbers, so as a courtesy, please let us know if you have a last minute conflict that prevents you from attending.

~*Refunds: We offer refunds only if the event is canceled. We will inform participants by email the day before the event if a cancellation is necessary. If you can't join us, you may either transfer the ticket to a friend or forward your ticket to a future event (48 hours advanced notice needed to accomodate a transfer).

When you arrive (3:00 at IRONHAND):

• Enter and head to our check in table. We will greet you there.
• Collect a name tag & locate your assigned table.
• Purchase a beverage at the bar (cash bar) and begin mingling with participants as you begin our first activity.
• There will be a QR Code on the tables which will enable you to download our WhoU Community App which will enable you to reach out to participants after the event along with singles from other events.
• We will formally begin the speed-dating at 3:10

Event schedule: (3:10-5:00)

• Introduction (Elizabeth Marshall ~ CEO of WhoU)
• Speed-dating rounds (4-5 minutes) with participants
• Giveaways will be drawn at the end of our speed dating rounds.
• There will be a short group activity at the end of the event.
• Stick around and mingle after the event as late as you wish. Check out IRONHAND'S extensive menu and wine list and grab dinner with new friends or someone who caught your eye.

What's included: Event registration , participation in our raffle & access to the private WhoU community app where you can follow up and message new friends and potential romantic connections.

* Look for an email from us: We will email you a reminder and event information as the event approaches. Check your spam box if you don't see an email from us the night before.

*Notes about ticket pricing and registration:

• Advanced registration is required in order to balance our male to female ratio. There is no ticketing at the door.
• Waitlists sometimes occur when we are balancing registrations. We highly suggest you put your name on a waitlist if tickets run out, as often you will be notified by email to join the event once our numbers even out. The waitlist is first come first serve.
• Ticksts are $28 ($31.72 with Eventbrite fees) Early Bird Admission until 2/28 at 2 pm. $30 General Admission ($33.72 with Eventbrite fees) from 2/28-3/28 at 2pm. You may contact us directly if you would like to avoid Eventbrite fees and pay using Venmo ([email protected])
