Celebrate the renewal of life and the balance of light and dark with a transformative Spring Equinox Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath. This sacred gathering is designed to honor the changing seasons, awaken the spirit, and nurture the seeds of intention as we step into the energy of spring.

Cacao, often referred to as the "Food of the Gods," is a sacred plant medicine with a rich history in ancient Mesoamerican cultures. Unlike processed chocolate, ceremonial-grade cacao is minimally processed to retain its natural healing properties. It is a powerful heart opener, known to enhance mood, increase focus, and foster a deeper connection to self and spirit. Rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and theobromine, cacao also supports physical well-being while elevating mental clarity and emotional balance.

The journey begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony. As we sip the warm, rich cacao, we will set intentions for the new season, embracing themes of growth, renewal, and balance. Guided meditation will help us align with the equinox’s energy, fostering gratitude for winter’s lessons and welcoming spring’s blossoming potential.

Following the cacao ceremony, allow yourself to surrender to the soothing vibrations of a 432 Hz crystal bowls sound bath. This frequency is believed to resonate with the natural rhythm of the universe, offering a sense of grounding and inner harmony. The resonant tones will guide you into a meditative state, clearing stagnant energy and creating space for new beginnings.

Crissy Hester’s immense training in a wide range of healing modalities, along with her warm sense of humor, extensive life experience, and sincere passion to serve and empower others creates a truly one-of-a-kind healing experience. She offers a powerful yet gentle approach to spiritual awakening, healing, and manifesting by drawing on her intuition and vast understanding of ancient mystical traditions, mediumship, holistic health, music, energy work, and universal laws.

As an ordained minister, Crissy has practiced for over a decade as a mindfulness meditation instructor, life coach, metaphysical teacher, and energy healer. Crissy is a Reiki Master, with a variety of other certifications, including life coaching and sound healing. She’s also a musician and incorporates soothing lights and healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls in most all of her services.

She delights in making the connections between science and spirituality and incorporates this in her practice. She is a powerful intuitive and has a deep understanding as it relates to chakras and auras, cutting cords, and past life regression. In sessions, she may call upon archangels and spirit guides to bring guidance and assistance as well as connect with messages from your loved ones on the other side.

Crissy has served as a practitioner at The Open Mind Center since 2015 and professionally in the Atlanta area since 2012, with over 20 years in practice, she also brings over 10 years of prior experience from her roles in coaching, supervising teams, and developing training programs in the corporate world.
