3-10-2025 Growing Strawberries in Central Florida

This seminar is a collaboration presentation done by Master Gardeners Brianna Brunner and Brenda White. Join us as we discuss how to properly care for and grow strawberries in our climate. Small space? No problem! We will go over the various metods you can grow strawberries, including: containers, strawberry towers or vertical gardens. We will discuss what varieties do well here in Central Florida and what kind of pests you should look out for. At the end of the presentation we want to give you some inspiration for your successful harvest! Brenda will be providing a strawberry recipe demonstration in the kitchen.
