Elevate your morning on the water with our signature 2x2 Flow. This class is designed for those who want to combine the peace of the lake with a purposeful, full-body workout. We move beyond the basics, using specialized paddle techniques to engage your core, improve balance, and build endurance from head to toe.
The Experience
• The Warm-up: We begin on land with a focused stretch and a quick SUP 101 safety briefing.
• The Distance: A scenic 2-mile paddle across the beautiful waters of Table Rock Lake.
• The Drills: Two targeted water drills designed to challenge your cardiovascular system and build functional strength.
• The Finish: A restorative cool-down to leave you feeling balanced and energized.

• Location: Ozark Mountain Resort (Follow the road to Marina Drive, turn right, and follow it down to the water).
