About this Event

Join Tampa Family Health Centers (TFHC) and the WellFed Community on the second Saturday of the month for a free cooking demonstration. We'll taste test a new recipe, share healthy eating tips, and talk about the health benefits of foods. Participants will receive a recipe and handouts. Class is from 11 AM - 12 PM every month. All are welcome. Materials provided by TFHC, the USDA-NRCS, and WellFed Community.
