শক্তি আমাদের জীবনের এক অবিচ্ছেদ্য অংশ। আমাদের বাসস্থান, কর্মস্থল থেকে শুরু করে সড়কের বাতি পর্যন্ত সকল ক্ষেত্রেই শক্তির ভূমিকা অপরিসীম। ২১ শতকের চতুর্থ শিল্প বিপ্লব এবং তথ্যপ্রযুক্তির যুগে এসে শক্তি সংকট এবং নবায়নযোগ্য শক্তির ভূমিকা এখন সর্বত্রই মূখ্য হয়ে উঠেছে। একবিংশ শতাব্দীর চ্যালেঞ্জ মোকাবেলায় সবার আগে প্রয়োজন জ্বালানী ও শক্তির উৎপাদন, সরবরাহ ও যথাপোযুক্ত ব্যবহার সম্পর্কিত সঠিক শিক্ষা অর্জন। আর শিক্ষার্থীদের মাঝে শক্তি সম্পর্কিত শিক্ষা অর্জনের আগ্রহ সৃষ্টির লক্ষ্যে ইয়ুথপ্রেনার নেটওয়ার্ক এবং এনার্জী ইন্সটিটিউট, ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় এর যৌথ উদ্যোগে আয়োজিত হতে যাচ্ছে “২য় জাতীয় শক্তি উৎসব-২০২৩”

১/ শক্তি অলিম্পিয়াডঃপ্রাইমারি বাদে সকল ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা এই অলিম্পিয়াডে একক ভাবে অংশ নিতে পারবে। শক্তির প্রকারভেদ, উৎপাদন, সরবরাহ এবং ব্যবহার নিয়ে বহুনির্বচনী এবং লিখিত প্রশ্ন থাকবে এই সেগমেন্টে।
২/ চিত্রাঙ্কন প্রতিযোগিতা
সকল ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা এই অলিম্পিয়াডে একক ভাবে অংশ নিতে পারবে। আয়োজকদের পক্ষ থেকে শুধুমাত্র চিত্রাংকনের কাগজ সরবরাহ করা হবে।

জুনিয়র, সেকেন্ডারি, হায়ার সেকেন্ডারি ও সিনিয়র ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা অংশ নিতে পারবে এই সেগমেন্ট এ । দলীয় ভাবে অংশ নিতে হবে । এক দলে সর্বোচ্চ ৩ জন থাকতে পারবে ।
৫/ ওয়াল ম্যাগাজিন
সকল ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা অংশ নিতে পারবে এই সেগমেন্ট এ । একক বা দলীয় ভাবে অংশ নিতে হবে । এক দলে সর্বোচ্চ ৩ জন থাকতে পারবে । দেয়াল পত্রিকার আদর্শগত আকার ৫ ফুট বাই ৪ ফুট, তবে এর চেয়ে কম বা বেশি হতে পারবে। ইভেন্টের দিন ওয়াল ম্যাগাজিন নিয়ে আসতে হবে।
৬/ পাওয়ার পয়েন্ট প্রেজেন্টেশন
সেকেন্ডারি, হায়ার সেকেন্ডারি ও সিনিয়র ক্যাটাগরির প্রতিযোগীরা অংশ নিতে পারবে এই সেগমেন্ট এ । একক ভাবে অংশ নিতে হবে এবং ইভেন্টের দিন বিচারকদের সামনে উপস্থাপন করতে হবে।

#রেজিস্ট্রেশন_ফিঃ ৩০০ টাকা মাত্র (শুধুমাত্র প্রাইমারি ক্যাটাগরীর শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য ২০০ টাকা)
মাত্র ৩০০ টাকা রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি দিয়ে একজন প্রতিযোগী নিজের ক্যাটাগরি অনুযায়ী সবগুলো সেগমেন্ট এ অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে ।
সেক্ষেত্রে দলভিত্তিক কোন সেগমেন্ট এ অংশ নিতে প্রতি প্রতিযোগী ৩০০ করে দলের জন্য মোট ৯০০ টাকা জমা দিতে হবে ।
রেজিস্ট্রেশন করা যাবে অনলাইনে এবং অফলাইনে উভয় পদ্ধতিতেই।

#রেজিস্ট্রেশন_করার_নিয়মাবলীঃ
১) অনলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে -
- প্রথমে আমাদের অফিসিয়াল মার্চেন্ট নাম্বার এ রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি এর টাকা পাঠাতে হবে ।
মার্চেন্ট নাম্বার - 01313631077
বিকাশ/নগদ/উপায়/ট্যাপ/ওকে ওয়ালেট - এই ৫ টি মাধ্যমের যে কোন একটি মাধ্যম দিয়ে ফি পাঠাতে হবে ।
ফি পাঠানোর সময় 'সেন্ড মানি' অপশন সিলেক্ট না করে 'পেমেন্ট' অপশন সিলেক্ট করতে হবে ।
রেফারেন্স দিতে হবে - 3NSCSHL
ফি পাঠানোর পর সেই ট্রানজেকশন এর 'ট্রানজেকশন আইডি (TrxID)' এবং যে নাম্বার থেকে ফি পাঠানো হয়েছে সে নাম্বারটি সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে ।
অনলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশনের জন্য প্রদত্ত ফর্ম এ নিজের তথ্য গুলো প্রদান করার সময় ফর্ম এ উল্লেখিত অপশন এ রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি এর সেই ট্রানজেকশন আইডি এবং যে নাম্বার থেকে ফি পাঠানো হয়েছে সেটি উল্লেখ করতে হবে ।
তাহলেই রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন হয়ে যাবে ।
উল্লেখ্য যে, ফি পাঠানোর সময় 'পেমেন্ট' অপশনে রেফারেন্স কোড না লিখলে/ভুল লিখলে সেই পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করা হবে না ।
পাশাপাশি ফর্ম এ ট্রানজেকশন আইডি এবং যে নাম্বার থেকে ফি পাঠানো হবে সেটি উল্লেখ না করলে রেজিস্ট্রেশন গ্রহণ করা হবে না ।

২) অফলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন পদ্ধতি
(১) - সরাসরি আমাদের অফিসে এসে ফর্ম পূরণ করে রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি জমা দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করা যাবে ।
৩) অফলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন পদ্ধতি (২) - সরাসরি আমাদের কোন স্বেচ্ছাসেবক/ক্যাম্পাস ডিরেক্টর কাছে প্রদত্ত ফর্ম পূরণ করে রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি জমা দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করা যাবে ।
৪) অফলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন পদ্ধতি (৩) - আমরা ১০০ টি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে দাওয়াত পত্র এবং রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফর্ম পাঠাবো । নিজ নিজ শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের কর্তৃপক্ষ/ দায়িত্ব প্রাপ্ত শিক্ষক/ক্লাব কর্তৃপক্ষের নিকট প্রদত্ত ফর্ম পূরণ করে রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি জমা দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করা যাবে ।
#অন্যান্য_নিয়মাবলীঃ
১) প্রতিযোগিতার দিন প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীকে তার নিজ নিজ শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের নির্ধারিত পোশাক পরিধান করে আসতে হবে এবং সাথে পরিচয়পত্র (আইডি কার্ড) সাথে রাখতে হবে ।
২) অনুষ্ঠান শুরুর কমপক্ষে এক ঘণ্টা আগে ভেন্যুতে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে ।
৩) রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি ছাড়া কোন রেজিস্ট্রেশন গ্রহণ করা হবে না ।
৪) ক্যালকুলেটর ব্যবহার করা যাবে ।
৫) স্পট রেজিস্ট্রেশন এর কোন ব্যবস্থা থাকবেনা ।
৬) রেজিস্ট্রেশন এর সময় শেষ হবার পর সবাইকে ই-মেইলে একটি প্রবেশ পত্র পাঠানো হবে । প্রবেশ পত্রটি প্রিন্ট করে প্রতিযোগিতার দিন সাথে আনতে হবে ।
#যে_সকল_কারণে_রেজিস্ট্রেশন_বাতিল_বলে_গন্য_ হবে
১) অনলাইন/অফলাইন ফর্মে নিজের সম্পর্কে মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রদান করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
২) অনলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় ভুয়া ট্রানজেকশন আইডি এবং ভুয়া নাম্বার প্রদান করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৩) ইভেন্ট এর দিন পরীক্ষায় বা অন্য কোন সেগমেন্ট এ কোন অসদুপায় অবলম্বন করলে এবং পরীক্ষার হলে কোন মোবাইল কিংবা ইলেকট্রিক ডিভাইস ব্যবহার করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৪) ইভেন্ট এর দিন ভেন্যুতে কোন বিশৃঙ্খলা সৃষ্টি করলে, নিজের সাথে কোন প্রকার আগ্নেয়াস্ত্র, সিগারেট বা কোন নেশা জাতীয় দ্রব্য বহন করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৫) নিজ বা অন্য কোন শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের কোন শিক্ষার্থীর প্রতি অসম্মানজনক আচরণ করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৬) কোন ছেলে/মেয়ে শিক্ষার্থীর প্রতি মানসিক বা শারীরিক কোন অত্যাচার করলে, টিজ করলে, সেক্সচুয়াল হ্যারেস্মেন্ট করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৭) পুরো সময় মাস্ক পরিধান করা বাধ্যতামূলক । কেউ মাস্ক পরিধান না করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৮) কোন শিক্ষার্থী ইভেন্ট এর কোন সম্পদ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
৯) কোন শিক্ষার্থী ইভেন্ট এর কোন সম্পদ চুরি/আত্মসাৎ করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
১০) ইভেন্ট এর আগে বা পরে বা ইভেন্ট চলাকালীন সময়ে কোন শিক্ষার্থী/অভিভাবক সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া বা অন্য যে কোন মাধ্যমে ইভেন্ট, আয়োজক কর্তৃপক্ষ এবং ভেন্যু কর্তৃপক্ষ নিয়ে কোন নেতিবাচক মন্তব্য প্রকাশ করলে এবং মিথ্যাচার করলে তার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল বলে গণ্য করা হবে ।
উপরিউক্ত যে কোন দোষে কোন শিক্ষার্থী দোষী সাব্যস্ত হলে তাকে ভেন্যু ত্যাগ করতে বাধ্য করা হবে । এক্ষেত্রে আয়োজক কর্তৃপক্ষ এবং ভেন্যু কর্তৃপক্ষ সেই শিক্ষার্থীর বিরুদ্ধে প্রয়োজনে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবে ।
#বিশেষ_দ্রষ্টব্য
১) ইভেন্ট এর রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি অফেরতযোগ্য ।
২) Youthpreneur Network এই প্রতিযোগিতায় যে কোন পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন, পরিবর্ধন, পরিমার্জন এবং এই প্রতিযোগিতার কল্যাণে যে কোন সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়ার অধিকার রাখে এবং এ ব্যাপারে অন্য কোন প্রতিষ্ঠান এবং ব্যক্তির কাছে কোনরূপেই দায়বদ্ধ নয় ।
৩) সকল প্রতিযোগীকে পার্টিসিপ্যান্ট সার্টিফিকেট, স্ন্যাক্স এবং বেভারেজ দেয়া হবে। এটি ব্যতীত অন্য কিছু দেয়া হবেনা।
৪/ বিজ্ঞান কুইজ ব্যতীত সকল সেগমেন্টে প্রতি ক্যাটাগরী থেকে সেরা ৩ জন বা সেরা ৩টি দলকে পুরস্কৃত করা হবে। কুইজ সেগমেন্টে প্রতি ক্যাটাগরি থেকে সেরা ২টি দলকে পুরস্কৃত করা হবে।

Energy is a fundamental aspect of our lives. It powers our homes, drives our transportation, and provides us with the resources we need to live, work, and play. In today's world, energy has become an increasingly pressing issue, as demand for energy continues to grow and finite resources become scarce. This makes it more important than ever to understand the necessity of energy and the steps we can take to ensure a sustainable energy future. Institute of Energy and Youthpreneur Network came up with the idea of an energy carnival to encourage the innovative energy and potentiality of young and the mass of people who are interested in energy science and technology. We are going to create a platform where students from all over Bangladesh can show their potential and share their ideas about green and renewable energies.

1. Primary - Play - Class 5
2. Junior - Class- 06 - 08
3. Secondary – Class – 09 – 10
4. Higher Secondary – Class – 11 – 12
5. Senior – Undergraduate/Graduation Level
Segments:
1. Energy Olympiad
Participants from junior, secondary, higher secondary and senior categories can participant in this segment. This is a written exam on energy science and technology. From each category, the best three participants will be awarded.
2. Painting Competition
This is an individual segment. From each category, the best three participants will be rewarded.
Only drawing paper (cartridge paper) will be provided by the organizing committee for painting. Participants must bring their own painting equipment. They will get only 01.30 hours for completing the painting.

3. Contextual Speech
Participants from junior, secondary, higher secondary, and senior categories can participate in this segment. This is an individual segment. From each category, the best three participants will be rewarded. Each participant will get only three (03) minutes. The speech should be given in either Bengali or English. It is better not to mix both languages in the speech. Judges will select the winner depending on the style of speech, presentation, data, relevance to the topic, etc.

4. Energy Project
Participants from junior, secondary, higher secondary and senior categories can participant in this segment.This a science project science display competition which is based on an energy technology. The project must be submitted at the time of reporting.
Full Marks of the project - 100. Marking will be based on problem issues, innovation, solutions, functionality, sustainability, presentation, data and research, impact, cost, sustainability, scalability etc.
5. Wall Magazine
This is a wall magazine design competition based on energy-related topics. From each category, the best three wall magazines will be rewarded. Students can participate in this segment as a team or individually.
The standard size for wall magazines is 5'x4 '. However, if anyone wants to submit a wall magazine smaller or larger than the standard size can submit it. The wall magazines must be submitted to the reporting booth on the day of the carnival. No specific topic has been set for the wall magazine, but the topic must be related to Energy. Otherwise, the wall magazine will not be accepted.
Full Marks of the Wall magazine – 100. Marking will be based on the title, editorial, creativity, use of color, design, presentation, subject, information, data, handwriting, etc.
6. PowerPoint Presentation
This is a PowerPoint presentation competition. From each category, the best three presentations will be rewarded. This is an individual segment. Participants have to give their presentations before the judges.

Registration Procedure
Registration fee: 300 BDT only (for Primary- 200 BDT only)
With a registration fee of BDT 300, a contestant can participate in all the segments according to his/her category.
Registration can be done both online and offline.
Last Date for Registration: 20th November 2023 (10 PM)
Rules for registration:
1) To register online –
First, you have to send the registration fee to our official merchant number.
Merchant number - 01313631077
BKash/Nagad/UPAY/Tap/OK Wallet - Fee has to be sent through any one of these 5 mediums.
When sending fees, you have to select the 'Payment' option without selecting the 'Send Money' option.
Must give a reference - Energy (For all segments)
If any of the transaction apps ask for a counter number, then type '1'.
After sending the fee, you need to save the 'Transaction ID' (TrxID) of that transaction and the number from which the fee was sent.
When submitting your information in the form provided for online registration, you must specify the transaction ID of the registration fee and the number from which the fee was sent in the option mentioned in the form. Then the registration will be completed.
Note that if you do not enter the reference code in the 'Payment' option while sending the fee or if you type incorrectly, the payment will not be accepted.
Registration will not be accepted if you don't mention the correct transaction ID and the transaction number in the registration form.

2) Offline Registration Procedure
(1) - Registration can be completed by coming directly to our office and filling out the form and submitting the registration fee.
(2) - Registration can be completed by filling out the form given directly to any of our Volunteers/Campus Directors by paying the registration fee.
(3) - We will send invitation letters and registration forms to 150+ educational institutions. Registration can be completed by filling up the form given to the authority/responsible teacher/club authority of the respective educational institution by paying the registration fee.
Other Rules
1. On the day of the competition, each student has to come wearing his/her institutional uniform and keep his/her ID card with him/her.
2. Must be present at the venue at least one hour before the start of the event.
3. No registration will be accepted without a registration fee.
4. Calculator can be used.
5. After the end of the registration period, everyone will be sent an admit card by e-mail. The admit card has to be printed and brought along on the day of the competition.
For all the reasons that the registration will be considered canceled -
1. If you provide false information about yourself in the online/offline form, the registration will be considered canceled.
2. Providing fake transaction IDs and fake transaction numbers during online registration, the registration will be considered canceled.
3. On the day of the event, in case of any misconduct in the examination or any other segment and if any mobile or electric device is used during the examination, registration will be considered as canceled.
4. If you create any disturbance in the venue on the day of the event if you carry any kind of firearms, cigarettes, or any intoxicants with you, its registration will be considered canceled.
5. If a student behaves in a disrespectful manner towards a student of his own educational institution or any other educational institution, the registration of that student will be considered canceled.
6. If a student commits any mental or physical abuse, teasing, or sexual harassment against the other student, his/her registration will be considered canceled.
7. If a student damages any property of the event, his registration will be considered canceled.
8. If a student steals/embezzles any assets of the event, his registration will be considered canceled.
9. Before or after the event or during the event, if any student/parent through social media or any other means makes a negative comment/statement about the event, the organizing authority and the venue authority and lies, his registration will be considered canceled.
If any participant is found guilty of any of the above, he/she will be forced to leave the venue. In this case, the organizing authority and the venue authority will take legal action against the student if necessary.

1. The best 3 candidates or Best 3 teams from each category will be awarded in each segment. Medals and certificates will be awarded as prizes. But for getting the place, participants must get at least 50% marks.
2. Every participant will also be given a certificate of participation.
