Get ready for the ultimate intellectual showdown, as East West University Debating Club proudly presents the EWUDC Invitationals 1.0, which will be held on 6–7 September, 2024, at the East West University premises! This time the battle will be of wits and eloquence, wisdom and logic, and of mastery of words and persuasion.
The theme for the tournament has been inspired by the iconic Bengali literature detective characters; combining elements of mystery and intellect.
Step into the captivating realm reminiscent of the intriguing world of the legendary Bengali detectives and unravel the mysteries by outwitting your opponents in a clash of words and intellect. Hone your arguments to be as sharp as the cunningness of Feluda and build it to be as logical, intuitive and perceptive like Byomkesh Bakshi. This tournament offers the platform for you to engage, conquer and excel. Do not miss this opportunity to interact with the brightest minds of the debating community!

Preliminary rounds: 07
Team Formation: Each team will consist of three members: one former debater, one running debater from other universities and one debater from EWUDC.
The eight teams will compete in seven preliminary rounds and the qualified teams will advance in semi-finals and the finals.
