The healing circle is a place to do more in depth work of healing, typically one issue on many levels. There will be room for healing on the emotional, psychological, ancestral and energetic levels. Many healing modalities will be utilized, including, but not limited to, somatic inquiry, mindfulness, reiki, sound, and shamanic healing. The goal is to use a multidimensional approach for going deep and getting closer to or at the core of the issue. This is an experiential group and will be limited to a small number. There will be activities to practice between sessions.
The group meets three consecutive months for three hours, for a total of 9 hours in circle.
Participants are expected to commit to attending all sessions, commit to being non judgmental of others and self and be able to regulate and ground without self damaging behaviors.
