2nd Bi-Annual Western Slope Restorative Workshop
About this Event
Many of us are carrying extra stress in the current climate of our country.
Ongoing uncertainty can make everyday life feel heavier and push self-care and emotional regulation to the margins.
Yet caring for ourselves is essential to staying regulated and whole. It protects our capacity to cope, to connect with others, and to keep moving forward with integrity.
If this resonates with you, this workshop may be a supportive space for you.
