There is no question that time goes by quick as we are approaching on a year since the loss of one of the most beloved members of the Springfield Automotive community. Trevor Snow was one of the most influential people we have all had the blessing to know.
May 2nd we invite you all to come together for the 2nd annual Memorial meet for Trevor Snow. As we want to make sure the presence, and memories of the man we loved lives on for years to come. It doesn’t go unnoticed the impact he had on us all, and this will be a great way to continue to honor his legacy. With the wonderful help with the Crowne Plaza again for welcoming us as a community for another year after how you all represented us as a whole last year. Without them this would not be possible. As well as along with the growing list of sponsors this event is gathering!
This is to be a charity event in his honor with all proceeds going to the continuative efforts to grow the “Trevor Snow Automotive and Motorcycle Scholarship Fund” to allow us as a community to work together and provide those with an opportunity of a future in an industry Trevor knew and loved.
With that said. We will be encouraging for a $5 minimum donation at the time of entry. We understand finances are different for others. The most important thing to us is that we all get together for a good cause with the presence of each and every one of you. The goal is to keep his name and legacy alive for generations with the opportunity to help others. The end goal for the scholarship fund is to raise a total of $20,000 to make the scholarship to be self sustaining with the efforts of the everyone. We’re currently shy of $4,000 as we speak and looking forward to help this grow!
We will have multiple sponsors there representing themselves with charity in mind, and a silent auction where we are gladly accepting items to help raise funds as well!
Trailer parking will be available for those needing to trailer in their vehicles for the meet!
Event officially starts at 6pm ending at 9pm. Volunteers are welcome. So please feel free to reach out to Austin Niggemeyer or Other fellow members of CCE. We will be working along with the incredible car clubs in Springfield such as BSL, Cool Cruisers, and many more to make this a reality.
REMEMBER!
This will be a family friendly event. All are welcome from local to far and wide! So spread the word!
No burnouts. No excessive revving. Keep it family friendly. Clean up after ourselves. Police presence will be anticipated. Most importantly have fun. Be safe. Respect the property and one another.
