I invite you to join us for our 2nd Annual Toys for Kindness Event—a weekend dedicated to spreading joy, giving back, and creating special memories for the whole family. This event helps raise toys for children in need during the holidays, with all donations going to Toys for Tots.
✨ Our Goal for 2025:
• Welcome 200+ families
• Collect 300+ toys for local children in need
🎉 What’s Happening at the Event:
• 🎄 Vendor Market – Shop local goodies & gifts
• 📸 Christmas Photo Mini Sessions (limited spots!)
• 🎟️ Chinese Auction & Giveaways
• 🎨 Kids Crafts & Activities
• 🍔 Food & Drinks
• 🎁 50/50 Raffle
• 👕 “BE KIND” T-Shirts for Sale – 50% of proceeds go directly to buying toys for kids
💝 How the Photo Minis Work:
• Sign up for a 10-minute Christmas Photo Mini Session (up to 6 people—pets welcome on leash 🐾).
• Pay your session fee in advance.
• On event day, bring a new, unopened, unwrapped toy to donate.
• You’ll receive all your edited images after your session.
✨ Families loved this last year as a fun way to teach kids the importance of giving back during the holidays.
After your photo session, stick around to enjoy shopping, food, and all the activities happening around the farm!
📸 Photo session spots are limited each day—reserve early before they’re gone!
VENDOR CALL – TOYS FOR KINDNESS FAMILY EVENT
We are so excited to invite vendors to join us for our event at 7P Tree Farms in Hubbard, OH on October 25th & 26th, 2025! 🌲✨
Vendor Details:
• Please provide your own table & canopy (in case of rain).
• Each vendor will receive a “Be Kind” T-shirt with our local sponsors featured on the back.
• Vendors will be set up around the tree farm for families to shop and enjoy your products.
• Optional: Donate a gift basket of your products to be included in our giveaway event! 🎁
