This special weekend features a race within a race, highlighted by a unique Outlaw Shootout format, Friday night action, and a playoff atmosphere that separates contenders from pretenders.
Friday - Sept. 4th | Special Shootout Day
Friday is a rare, special event reserved specifically for the Outlaw classes and TNT for ALL!
Racers will have access to a full day of Test-N-Tune, leading into a Friday Night Quick 16 Outlaw Shootout with a big cash payout.
For Pro Street Outlaw and Limited Prep Outlaw, this shootout includes a special buy-in with 100% payout. Outlaw racers will pay a slightly higher track fee, but every dollar goes back to the racers… no house cut. This Friday night format is exclusive to the Texas Outlaw Showdown and is not offered at regular season events.
Saturday brings the main event as Race eliminations. The day includes Test-N-Tune during daylight hours, followed by 1 qualifying round and eliminations under the lights, continuing the successful night-race format used in recent events.
All other classes will compete under the standard RCDRL format, earning points toward their championship runs.
