Welcome back for the 2nd annual Sussex Hamilton Turkey Trot! There is a kids 1K and a 5K run/walk. You can walk, run, or just come to cheer on a friend or family member! Registration options include 5k + shirt, 5k only, shirt only, kids 1K + shirt, and kids 1K only. This event is put on by the Hamilton Chargers Cross Country program as a fun community event to raise funds for our program. The event will be held at 8am on November 28, 2024 with the kids 1K followed immediately by the 5K run/trot. Park in the Hamilton or Templeton lots and make your way to the starting area by the track and back practice fields. All pre payment is done through gofan at the link provided below. Pre payment closes at midnight on November 25th, but cash and checks will be accepted on the day of the race for race entry only. All shirt sales must be made through gofan and shirt orders cut off at midnight on November 8th. There will be prizes of a frozen ham (hamā¦Hamilton - get it? š¤£) or frozen turkey for the first and second place male and female finishers (1st place picks ham or turkey and 2nd place gets the other) just like last year. There will be limited concessions available for purchase and restrooms will be available as well.
