2nd Annual Shout Out From The Track Community Walk Honoring Orlando Vance Sr.'s Legacy

Let's Bring the community together again for this 2nd Annual event to honor Orlando's legacy by getting that blood flowing and walking it out! We will gather in the spirit of health, fitness and harmony to continue the path set by a man from this very community who believed exercise was key to longevity of life.
Being a holiday most do not have to work on Wednesday November 11 (his actual birthday) a perfect day to gather to celebrate his legacy and unwavering commitment of motivating family and friends to work out to achieve homeostasis.
The kickoff is 11:11am. I (Dee Vance Wagner) will address our group briefly then give recognition to The Silver Striders (Orlando's fellow workout brothers) And then those who can, will walk around the track paying tribute to our beloved.
Wear your sneakers and relaxed casual clothing. Water and fruit will be provided for all. Please join us bring your kids this is a family affair, the essence of what this event was born out of is rooted there. Hopefully this will springboard our community folks not on a workout routine to do so going forward.
