The Seward Chess Tournament returns for its second year.It may feel far away, but don’t wait to register. The Alaska Chess Federation expects this tournament to fill up quickly, especially with players from Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley, as it is an official US Chess Federation–rated event.
Join us in beautiful Seward for a full day of competitive chess featuring a 5-round Swiss tournament, 30-minute game clocks, and a welcoming but serious tournament atmosphere. Whether you are working to improve your rating or simply enjoy over-the-board play, this event is for you.
