1. General Behavior

• Treat all attendees, staff, volunteers, and performers with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• This is a family-friendly event—please keep language, costumes, and behavior appropriate for all ages.

• No outside alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances are permitted on site.

2. Safety & Liability

• By entering the faire grounds, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. The organizers, property owners, and affiliates are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal property.

• Weapons must be peace-tied at all times. No live steel combat, projectiles, or unsafe demonstrations are allowed without prior written approval from organizers.

• Pets must remain on a leash and under control at all times. Owners are responsible for cleanup and behavior.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3. Costumes & Props

• Costumes are encouraged! However, please make sure they are safe, non-obstructive, and respectful.

• No real firearms or pyrotechnics are permitted.

• Props and replica weapons must be checked at the entrance if requested by staff.

4. Vendors & Performers

• Vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and event agreements.

• Performers and vendors assume responsibility for their own equipment, merchandise, and displays.

• All sales and activities must take place within designated spaces.

5. Photography & Media

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed by event staff and media for promotional purposes.

• Personal photography is welcome, but please respect performers, vendors, and fellow guests—ask permission before photographing up close.

6. Grounds & Property

• Help us keep the faire beautiful: dispose of trash in bins and respect the environment.

• Do not enter restricted areas, climb on structures, or damage property.

7. Right to Refuse Entry

The Renaissance Faire reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission to anyone who violates these rules or poses a risk to the safety and enjoyment of others.
