2nd Annual Save Yourself Experience Reflections Hike
About this Event
Join us for a soulful morning of movement, reflection, and community as we hike the beautiful Alexander Lake in support of the Save Yourself Experiences. This guided hike is more than just steps on a path—it’s a journey inward.
We’ll take a scenic and moderately easy trail through the unique landscape of Alexander Lake. This paved, multi-use trail has mostly gentle grades, though some steeper sections require caution or assistance for those with mobility equipment or strollers. Along the way, you’ll be encouraged to reflect, breathe, and connect—with nature, with self, and with each other.
At the end of the hike, we’ll gather for a grounding journaling session focused on personal growth, release, and intention-setting.
🥾 What to Expect:
- Trail Difficulty: This 1.8-mile loop is considered an easy hike with a mostly level terrain and clearly marked paths
- Time Commitment: Around 2.5–3 hours including hiking and reflection
- What to Bring:
- Water bottle
- Something to sit on for journaling (yoga mat, towel, or small cushion)
- Comfortable hiking shoes and breathable clothing
This is a fundraising event and your donation will go directly toward making Save Yourself Experiences accessible for our community.
Let’s walk with purpose. Reflect with intention. And build something beautiful—together.
