2nd Annual Ride for Pride
About this Event
Join DC Bird Alliance and Anacostia Riverkeeper for our 2nd Annual Ride for Pride, on the Anacostia River celebrating community, belonging, and our shared connection to nature.
Together, we'll enjoy a guided one-hour boat ride departing from The Yards Marina, exploring the river's wildlife, history, and ongoing restoration. Along the way, participants may spot Ospreys, herons, egrets, cormorants, Bald Eagles, turtles, and other species that call the Anacostia home.
Whether you're a birder, paddler, environmentalist, or simply looking for a unique way to spend the morning, we invite you to join us on the water as we celebrate Pride, Juneteenth, and the river that connects us.
