*Private Cabins: 1-3 Bedrooms. 1-3 Levels. Jetted Tub in master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchens. 

3 Bedroom Cabin $2400

2 Bedroom Cabin $1600-$1700

1 Bedroom Cabin $1300

Private Rooms: Private rooms will be in shared cabin. You’ll share common areas. However you’ll have your own bathroom.

Cabin Lodging, Cabin Parties, Brunch , Admission to Funky Budha

Cash Bar At All Parties. $75 Drink Bands (For 2) $40 Single Occupancy

Excursions: Zip Lining, ATV, Horseback Riding is done at Jayell Ranch. Excursions is not included in price. Jayell Ranch takes appointments and walk ins. 

Massages are done by appointment only. 

Ground Transportation from Knoxville Airport $80 round trip person. Includes 1 check-in / 1 carry-on size luggage. (Subject to increase)

Cancellations: Payments are non refundable. Reservations are transferable.
