2nd Annual POUND for Suicide prevention and awareness

*** NOTE the day is SATURDAY ***
Join us for a sweat dripping good time. We will be raising money for suicide Prevention and Awareness, Using RIPSTIX we will POUND out suicide! All proceeds will once again be donated to "Strumming for suicide awareness" and given to their chosen charities. POUND is a cardio jam session using lightly weighed drumsticks where we will transform our workout into a Rockout! Join us and lets make some NOISE! Remember: Pound is for any age, any stage and we will have chairs available for those that need to take a seat! Any movement counts; there's no shame in air drumming! And remember, its for a great cause! All you need to bring is a ROCKSTAR attitude we will provide the rest! Here's more details:
Class admission is $15.00 DONATION
Raffle tickets are $5.00 each
any additional donations are appreciated.
What to expect (times are estimates):
10:30am Doors open and registration begins (check in and get your raffle tickets!)
11:00 am Class begins with Introductions and Instructions
11:15 am Rockout Workout
11:55 am class photos
NOON raffles and popsicles
