Join the Henry County Library System for our 2nd Annual Picnic at the Park!
Bring your family and friends, pack a picnic basket, and enjoy a day celebrating early literacy! We will have scheduled storytimes, reading nooks, sensory stations, and a mini graduation ceremony celebrating the recent graduates of our 1000 Books Before Kindergarten Program.*
Our schedule will be:
Graduation: 10:30am
Toddler Tales: 11:30am
Preschool Storytime: 1:00pm
In the event of inclement weather, this event will be held at the McDonough Library.
*If your child has completed the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program and would like to be recognized through graduation, please contact the Children's Department at your local library. Registration for your graduate must be completed by October 1st, 2024.
