2nd Annual People's Fair
About this Event
Join together in community at the People’s Fair 2026! This is a free event for the people by the people. As workers, tenants, students, families and community members of Toronto, regardless of ethnicity, class or status, we live everyday struggles against the high cost of living and hostile passing of laws that go against the will of the public. The People’s Fair is an opportunity to meet the folks in your city that are fighting for a better future while sharing in the enjoyment of music, dance, art and ideas.
Experience collective joy, intersectional solidarity, and revolutionary optimism for a better future at the People’s Fair 2026, through:
- Cultural performances!
- Cumbia and Dabke workshops!
- Wellness centred activity rooms!
- Chance to win multiple raffle prizes and fundraise for Cuba!
- Youth Zones with painting, colouring, books, and toys!
- Art and mech sales, and free clothing market!
- Informative tables of community, political, and environmental organizations.
- Books, magazines, pamphlets and zines.
- Opportunities to meet people across the city, learn about campaigns, and support organizing work.
- ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON!
The People’s Fair is for the people. It is free and open to the public. Bring your friends, comrades, coworkers, classmates, neighbours, and family. Whether you are a new activist, an experienced organizer, a student, a worker, or simply someone looking for community, you are welcome. Come alone or come with others; either way, you will be among the people.
The Organizers: The fair is hosted on behalf of all community members by the Anti-Imperalist Front(AIF), a coalition of anti-imperialist forces that includes the Alliance of Workers and Students (AWAS) and the All-African People’s Revolutionary Party (AAPRP). It brings together people from different movements and parts of the city for a day of solidarity among those who, however different their immediate struggles may appear, are confronting the same systems of imperialism, exploitation, and oppression.
Fundraiser: Join together to support the Cuban people in their struggle for survival against the United States’ sanction regime. Get 1 FREE RAFFLE TICKET upon entry registration, and purchase more raffle tickets to send to Cuba through Code Pink Ontario’s Mariposa Brigade and have a hand to win one of our SIX GRAND PRIZES!
