$75 Entry Fee per Golfer
(Fee includes: Green Fee, Cart Fee, Post Tournament Luncheon, and Awards.) Mulligans and Raffle Prize Tickets will be available to purchase.

1. All men golfers may purchase one chance to tee off from the red tee markers for $10.
2. All lady golfers may purchase one chance to tee off from the 150 yard marker for $10.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Formate will be a four-person Captain's Choice. There will be three flights determined by Team Handicap.
HOW DO YOU SIGN UP?
Call either the Bald Mountain Pro Shop at 828-694-3042 or stop by there and sign up in person.
HOW DO I SPONSOR A HOLE? Contact the Coordinator below to participate in one of three leves:
Gold Sponsor - $1,000 - Includes entry fee for four golfers and a sponsorship sign located on a golf hole.
Silver Sponsor - $500 - Includes entry fee for two golfers and a sponsorship sign located on a golf hole.
Individual Sponsor - $125 - Includes a sponsorship sign located on a golf hole.
Checks for sponsorship should be made out to and mailed to PAWS of Rutherford County, 195 Shady Lane, Rutherfordton, NC 28139.
PAWS is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization and all donations are tax dedcutible.
