About this Event

Lace up your sneakers and join us for the 2nd Annual Heart & Sole 5K Walk/Run! Run, walk, and conquer the course with us to raise vital awareness for heart disease and be the heartbeat of a cure.

Every registered participant will receive an official race t-shirt, a custom race bib, and a complimentary heart race pendant to commemorate the event!

Raising awareness and funding the fight against heart disease and stroke. Get ready to lace up your sneakers for our 1st annual 5K Walk/Run! This exciting event is a fundraiser supporting The Respect Yourself Project, dedicated to being the heartbeat and helping hand in the fight against heart disease, stroke, and HIV.

Hosted by The Respect Yourself Project, which has proudly served as a community advocate for health and wellness in the Greater Washington D.C. area for over 14 years, this high-energy fundraiser brings our community together for a powerful cause.
