Calling all goblins and ghouls! Join us for our 2nd annual Halloween Block Party!
What you can expect:
-chili and soup cook-off
-raffel prizes
-50/50
-adult costume contest
-kids costume contest
-best front door decorating contest (must be a member of The Village of Harbor View to participate in door decorating contest)
This is open to EVERYONE so please join us! Donations towards this event and prizes can be made to Katy Timmons (host). All proceeds go towards future community events such as dumpsters, block parties, and spaying/neutering stray cats.
