By registering/attending the 2nd Annual Glendale Community College Counselor Conference (“Event”), you acknowledge and agree that Glendale Community College (“GCC”) and its authorized representatives may record, photograph, and/or capture my image, likeness, voice, and statements in connection with the Event.

You hereby grant GCC and its affiliates, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display such media in any format, including but not limited to print, digital, and online platforms, for promotional, educational, and informational purposes without compensation or further notice.

You understand that all photographs and recordings are the sole property of GCC, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the final versions in which my likeness appears.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you will notify event staff upon arrival and take reasonable steps to avoid areas where photography or recording is actively taking place.
