Join Teton Volkswagen and the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce for a festive, fun-filled evening at our 2nd Annual Gingerbread for a Cause House Competition during the December Business After Hours event!
This is more than just a competition—it’s a chance to support local non-profits while showing off your creativity! 🏆🎨 Teams of two will go head-to-head to build the most amazing gingerbread house in just 50 minutes using materials provided by Teton Volkswagen (and one special decoration of your choice, brought by your team). The best part? All proceeds from the $100 entry fee will be donated to the winning team’s chosen non-profit.
It's a win-win: you get to unleash your inner artist, have a blast with your team, and make a real impact in our community by supporting a great cause!
How it works:
🔹 Teams: Two members per team
🔹 Time Limit: 50 minutes to create your masterpiece
🔹 Materials Provided: Pre-made gingerbread supplies (bring one special decoration of your choice)
🔹 Judging Criteria: Creativity, Artistic Design, Construction Integrity, and Precision
The Best Part: The team with the most impressive gingerbread house will be chosen by an expert panel of judges and will earn bragging rights, their name on the trophy, plus all entry fees will be donated to the non-profit of their choice!
