π§ Garlic Harvest β June 28th OR July 5th!! π§οΈβ‘οΈβοΈπ±οΏ½

It's almost garlic harvest time at Little Thistle Farms!
We're getting together this June to pull, transport, and hang our garlic up to dry. After that, we'll head back to our house for some swimming and grilling in the sun.
We'll start the harvest at 10:00 AM, and this will probably take around 2 hours. Around 1:00 PM, we'll head to our house at 1926 Hillendale Road for food and pool time. Coming just for the second part is totally welcome too!
A heads up: the garlic is growing really fast this year, so we moved the date up from July 5th to June 28th to make sure we catch it at the right time. July 5th remains our backup date just in case, and we will keep everyone posted as we get closer! Please reach out if you can only make one of the days!!!
We'll be providing some grilled food, but please bring a potluck dish, side, or snack to share if you're able, along with your beverage of choice.

Little Thistle Farms has partnered with OsoSweet Bakery Cafe right here in Chadds Ford to bring a seasonal CSA box to the community this spring and summer. Think fresh vegetables and herbs from the farm plus baked goods and ready-to-bake items from OsoSweet, once a month, May through September. One more thing, and we don't usually do this, but we're asking because you are genuinely the people we trust most.
Little Thistle Farms is fully licensed and approved to produce fermented hot sauce for our CSA members. The application is done, everything is submitted, and we are ready to go. The only thing standing between us and our first batch is a licensed food prep kitchen somewhere in the greater Chadds Ford and Chester County area. We would use it a maximum of a couple hours a week. That's it.
If you know of anything, a church kitchen, a restaurant that goes dark on Mondays, a catering facility, a community space, absolutely anything with a commercial kitchen license in the area, please reach out to Alan directly. This one would mean a lot.
