Hey Mamas! 💕 It’s that special time of year again — our Galentine’s Brunch & Kiddo Clothes Swap is back, and this year it’s potluck-style!

✨ Here’s how it works:
Bring a brunch dish to share 🥐 and one bag or box of gently used clothes per kiddo 👕👗.
➡️ Bring a bag, take a bag!
All remaining clothes will be donated to local families in need — a beautiful way to give and receive within our mama community.

🗓 Date & Time:
Brunch starts at 11:00 AM

📍 Location:
Needmore Coffee – Event Room
260 Needmore Road, Clarksville, TN 37040

☕️ Enjoy delicious coffee, browse local vendors, and relax with other mamas. Littles are absolutely welcome — we’ll have a soft play area set up so kiddos can stay entertained while you connect and unwind.

💞 Come mingle, laugh, and refill your mama cup — because sisterhood and support make motherhood a little lighter.

Rules:

• Bring a bag or box to swap and trade (no larger than 22” L x 15”)
• One bag or box per child
• Newborn to 12 years old gently used apparel only
• Clothes must be clean and free of stains or damage
• Items are apparel and shoes only (no blankets, swaddles, etc.)

Schedule:

• 🥞 Brunch & Mingle: 11:00 – 11:30 AM
• 👕 Swap & Trade: 11:45 – 12:45 PM
• ❤️ Donation Pack-Up: 1:00 PM

2nd Annual Galentine’s Brunch & Kiddo Clothes Swap – February 10, 2026

I hereby assume all risks associated with participating in the 2nd Annual Galentine’s Brunch & Kiddo Clothes Swap hosted by The Mama University, LLC and Needmore Coffee, including but not limited to any risks arising from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective property or equipment owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or from their potential liability without fault.

I certify that I am physically able to participate and that neither I nor my child(ren) have any conditions that would prevent safe participation. I understand and accept that I am fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of my child(ren) during the event.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in this activity, I, for myself, my child(ren), my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, agree as follows:

I release and forever discharge The Mama University, LLC, Needmore Coffee, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any injury, illness, property damage, or loss sustained by me or my child(ren) in connection with participation in this event — including those arising from the negligence of the released parties.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Mama University, LLC and Needmore Coffee from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from my or my child(ren)’s participation in the event.

I understand that participation in this event may involve exposure to potential risks, including but not limited to food-related allergies, accidental spills, minor injuries during play, or interactions with other participants and their children. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including those that may arise from the conduct or negligence of others.

I understand that this event is a potluck-style gathering and clothing swap, and that all food and items are voluntarily provided by participants. I acknowledge that The Mama University, LLC and Needmore Coffee do not inspect, prepare, or guarantee the safety, quality, or condition of any food or items exchanged. I accept full responsibility for any risks associated with consuming shared food or using swapped items.

In the event of an injury, accident, or illness during the event, I consent to any necessary medical treatment deemed advisable and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

I grant permission for The Mama University, LLC and Needmore Coffee to capture and use photographs, videos, or other media featuring me and/or my child(ren) for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, websites, and print materials, without expectation of compensation.

I understand that this Release of Liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. I have read and voluntarily signed this waiver, acknowledging that it affects my legal rights.
