The Gull Lake Young Professionals Group is proud to host our 2nd Annual First Responders Appreciation Event in recognition of the dedicated individuals who selflessly serve and protect our communities each day.
Date: Friday, September 25th
Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Richland Square (See event address for the exact location.)
As a small token of our appreciation, complimentary lunch will be provided to all attending first responders. Guests will receive a free meal from one of our participating food trucks by presenting their department or agency badge. The participating food trucks will be announced at a later date.
This event is open to first responders and public safety professionals throughout the surrounding communities, including:
Law Enforcement Officers
Firefighters
EMS Personnel
Dispatchers
Corrections Officers
Public Safety Professionals
Other First Responders
Community members are also welcome to attend! Lunch will be available for purchase directly from the participating food trucks, making this a great opportunity to show your appreciation for our local first responders while supporting local businesses.
During the event, we will also be accepting donations in support of Shields of Hope of West Michigan, a nonprofit organization comprised of local public servants who volunteer their time to provide hope, encouragement, and support to individuals and families in our community affected by cancer. A donation bucket will be available for anyone who wishes to contribute to this meaningful cause.
We are honored to recognize the service and sacrifice of our local first responders and look forward to bringing our community together for an afternoon of appreciation, fellowship, and gratitude.
We hope you'll join us on September 25th as we come together to celebrate those who serve our community every day!
