Step into an evening of creativity, courage, and connection.Expressions of Healing is more than an art show; it is a community experience designed to foster inclusion, spark meaningful dialogue, and reduce stigma around mental health and addiction. Through visual art, poetry, music, movement, and mixed media, youth and adults alike share powerful reflections in response to three guiding questions:
What does mental health mean to you?
What does addiction mean to you?
What does mental wellness mean to you?
Each piece represents a story of resilience, vulnerability, growth, struggle, hope, and healing. Together, they create a collective portrait of what it means to be human.
Submissions will be featured in a beautifully designed printed and online art book, and will come to life in a dynamic gallery experience. Throughout the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the art, meet artists, hear live readings and performances, and engage in open, thoughtful conversations about mental health and wellness with resources and providers in the community.
Whether you are an artist, an advocate, someone with lived experience, or simply a community member who cares, this event invites you to witness the power of creative expression to inspire empathy, connection, and change.
