The films will be shown in the beautiful historic (and air conditioned) Masonic Temple.
🥢🥡 We will have a ton of great food and merchandise vendors, community organizations, Asian films, lion and dragon dances, a kids area, interactive 3D painting of the On Leong Chinese Merchants Association building on Cass Ave. (photo opp), live DJs, family-friendly games, opportunities to learn about Detroit Chinatown's history through our Pan Asian historic exhibit and tours, info on living in the area, and info for Asian-American and other businesses to launch in Detroit's Chinatown.
We will also be celebrating local businesses in the area and we encourage you to stop in to visit the local businesses as many will have special features and activities for the block party:
