The KVPD’s Civic Woods Showdown Disc Golf Tournament, in partnership with the Kankakee Area Disc Golf Association, is a trophy-only, non-sanctioned event held on a 14-acre wooded property behind the Civic Auditorium. It features a 9-hole course played twice for a total of 18 holes. Participants will compete in four divisions:
- Women's Beginners (700 & Under)
- Women's Advanced (701 & Above)
- Men's Beginners (700 & Below)
- Men's Advanced (701 & Above)
Beginners are players new to the game (rating of 700 or below), while advanced players have more tournament experience (rating of 701 or above). Each division will award trophies to the winner and runner-up.
Cost:
- Early Bird Registration: $25 (ends October 5!)
- Regular Registration: $35 (October 6-18)
