Brooke’s 2nd Annual Candlelight Vigil🕯️ October 3, 2025 – Anytime 4 p.m. or later

Please join us for a heartfelt evening of remembrance and reflection at Brooke’s 2nd Annual Candlelight Vigil. We come together again in love and community to honor the light Brooke brought into the world and the lives she touched so deeply.
This vigil is more than remembrance—it’s a continuation of her spirit, her compassion, and her quiet strength. Whether you knew Brooke personally or have come to know her through the stories and the love shared, your presence is welcome and meaningful.
💜 As purple was Brooke’s favorite color, we invite you to wear something purple if you feel moved to do so.
🌟 We will hold candles, share memories, and support one another in community.
In honor of Brooke’s heart for helping others, any money raised will go to support DAIS (Domestic Abuse Intervention Services), a cause she deeply believed in.
With deep appreciation to Brooke’s dear friends who organized the first vigil, we are honored to continue this tradition together.

We have just confirmed with DAIS who is helping us coordinate with the Red Cross that they are going to have a Blood Drive at the American Legion on 10/3 and it will run from 11 - 5 p.m. They will make it a memorial Blood Drive in Brooke's honor, so please consider donating if you can!

We’ve got some extra good news to share 💜
The Green Lantern, just up the street from McDaniel Park, will be serving a special drink in Brooke’s honor called the “Purplegraydelilah.” 🍹💜
For each one ordered, $1 will be donated to DAIS (Domestic Abuse Intervention Services)—an organization we are supporting in Brooke’s memory.
So whether you’re coming for the vigil, giving blood earlier in the day, or just need a reason to say, “Hey, it’s for charity,” we hope you’ll swing by the Green Lantern and raise a glass for Brooke. 🕯️✨
