It’s that time again — to step forward, speak up, and stand tall in the fight for chronic pain awareness and healthcare justice. The BrendaBear Foundation invites YOU to our 2nd Annual 5K Walk, a powerful day of unity, remembrance, advocacy, and action. This isn’t just a walk — it’s a movement fueled by love, resilience, and the unstoppable legacy of our honoree, Brenda Jean Harrison-Jones.

Brenda was a vibrant soul — a teacher for 45 years, a mentor, Girl Scout leader, counselor, and champion for young minds and underserved communities. Despite a lifetime of service, Brenda's final chapter was marked by painful medical neglect, revealing the heartbreaking realities too many still face today. Her story ignited our purpose: to demand change, raise awareness about chronic pain, and advocate for those who suffer in silence.

This walk is FREE — because access matters. We welcome every step from Gwinnett County to all of Metro Atlanta and beyond. Whether you’ve been affected personally or simply want to show love, your presence matters. Come walk, roll, jog, or stroll — as long as you show up.
