Madison Middle School's 2nd annual "Breakfast with Santa!" is now scheduled! Registration forms are coming home with Madison's elementary students the week of Nov. 9th and should be returned by Monday, November 30th to the Middle School Office. They can also be turned in at the elementary buildings by November 30th.
If you do not attend Madison Schools, you are still Welcome to attend! Forms can be picked up at the Middle School Office or by clicking on this link and printing! Again, all forms are due by November 30th so we can make sure we have all the supplies needed to make the morning magical!
We will accept morning-of participants, but will not be able to guarantee donuts for those who do not pre-register!
