Be part of the ADHD Awareness Walk—a fun, family-friendly community event dedicated to raising awareness, building connection, and supporting individuals and families affected by ADHD.

Participants will enjoy a Zumba warm-up, access to mental health and community resources, raffle prizes, lived-experience testimonials, and visits from therapy dogs—plus more activities for all ages!

Whether you’re walking for yourself, a loved one, or to support the ADHD community, this event offers a welcoming space to learn, connect, and celebrate neurodiversity.
