The 28th annual Pimlico Ladies Club Community Yard Sale is Saturday, April 26th 2025. This is a BIG community-wide event. FOR Pimlico residents HOSTING A SALE - registration is $10 to recieve all the benefits: your address will be included on the participation list/map, and receive a balloon in your yard!! We accept checks (payable to Pimlico Ladies Club) or cash. Place the $10 registration with your name and yard sale address at the Pimlico Community Center in the secure black dropbox (located left of the front door). Make sure to write Ladies Club or Yard Sale on the envelope. Your address will be advertised on a participation list and event map that will be made available to shoppers both on this event page and for pick-up the day of the yardsale. All registered yards will also be marked with a ballon to help shoppers find each house.
FOR SHOPPERS - It's FREE to shop! On the day of the sale, we will supply a map of the neighborhood with all the participating addresses. You can pick-up a map the day of the yardsale at the Pilmilco Community Center (on the left as you enter the neighborhood) - the maps will be located below the marquis. The map/list of homes will also be available on this event page! A balloon will mark each participating mailbox to help you find all the homes to shop.
This event is a fundraiser for the Pimlico Ladies Club and we appreciate all the support we get from our neighbors. We advertise in local newspapers, e-papers, and across social media with lots of signage the week of the sale. Registration fees go towards advertising, printing, and signs. Any remaining funds go to support the Pimlico Ladies Club's charity work in the community.
