About this Event
Please plan to join us and upwards of 250 guests for the 76th version of our signature annual event.
Festivities include presentation of the Helen & William Milliken Distinguished Service Award, which recognizes individuals who show outstanding leadership, enduring commitment and extraordinary public service in protecting natural resources. This year's recipient is Jennifer Granholm, former Michigan governor and U.S. Energy Secretary.
We invite you to join us as we honor Jennifer and enjoy a night of strolling food, complimentary drinks and connection with fellow environmental advocates from across the state.

Jennifer Granholm has dedicated her career to public service and environmental leadership, championing a clean energy future for Michigan and the nation. As a two-term Governor of Michigan and now U.S. Secretary of Energy, she has consistently advanced bold policies that prioritize climate action, economic opportunity and equity.
From launching Michigan’s clean energy economy to helping implement the federal Inflation Reduction Act, Granholm’s leadership has helped accelerate the transition to renewable energy, create green jobs and ensure communities most impacted by environmental harm are not left behind. Her work continues to inspire the next generation of climate leaders committed to protecting people and the planet.
