One year ago, we opened our doors not fully knowing what to expect.The support from this community was honestly overwhelming. Our grand opening pushed our little kitchen far beyond its limits.... long waits, sold-out food, controlled chaos, and a whole lot of lessons learned. BUT, it was FUN.
Over this past year, we’ve grown a lot. We’ve upgraded equipment, expanded our capabilities, improved our systems, and put in the work to be ready for what’s next. We’re proud of how far 272 BBQ has come in just one year.
Now it’s time to celebrate.
