We're inviting you to ANOTHER opportunity to unwind at 26Unplugged: Lunch Break Meetup. We're encouraging our staff, partners, and friends to put mental health into ACTION! Meet us at the brand-new Great Southern Box Company Food Hall & Bar for an interactive lunch filled with self-care activities sure to make you put your phone on DND for 60 minutes or more.

What is National Self-Care Awareness Month?
Self-Care Awareness Month takes place in September of every year. This month is an opportunity to focus on taking care of your body and mind and creating a healthier lifestyle for yourself.
During this month, people are encouraged to take time out for themselves and devote it to activities that make them feel happier and healthier (whether it’s taking a yoga class or simply using a bath bomb). It’s important to note that self-care is not selfish; it’s necessary for well-being.
