For 25 years, our community has been walking together to strengthen cardiac care across New Brunswick.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of participants, donors, volunteers, and sponsors, the Saint John Cardiac Rehab Walk has raised more than $650,000 in support of the Cardiac Health and Wellness Program at the New Brunswick Heart Centre. Every dollar helps provide the equipment, education, and professional development that keep this life-changing program strong.
The impact reaches far beyond the hospital.
It helps people regain their strength after heart disease or surgery, return to work, spend more time with family, and get back to the moments that matter most.

How to Participate

🚶 Choose the 5 km or 10 km route
💻 Create your own fundraising page in just a few minutes
🤝 Invite friends, family, and coworkers to support your walk
💝 Can't attend? Make a donation or support a participant
Event Schedule
8:30 a.m. – Registration opens (Market Square Atrium)
10:00 a.m. – Walk begins along Harbour Passage
11:45 a.m. – Awards, door prizes, and closing celebrations
Enjoy light refreshments, a complimentary event T-shirt, and a morning of community, connection, and purpose.
