Event: The 26th Annual Conference in Sports & Exercise Medicine at QMUL.
Venue: David Sizer Lecture Theatre, Bancroft Building, Queen Mary University of London, 327 Mile End Road, London E1 4NS
Dates: 3-4 September 2026.
This year we celebrate the 45 years of top-level education in SEM for doctors, physiotherapists, podiatrists, and other allied healthcare professionals. This year we also celebrate the 10th anniversary of podiatric sports medicine, the first and only course in the world for podiatrists.
There will be formal and informal interactive discussions on various themes, including the future education needs of SEM clinicians, injury surveillance across multiple sports, highs and lows of sportsmen and women, rehabilitation strategies, and more. There will be lectures by many renowned names in SEM, the John King memorial lecture will be delivered by Graham Holloway (past President of BASEM), renowned Keynote speakers, and scientific student presentations.
Every day will end with a social event to mark the 45th Anniversary. There will be many opportunities to network with the best in SEM, a reunion of friends and alumni, discussions and debates. All welcome, especially our alumni.

The fee for one day is £80.00., and for both days £140.00. The anniversary dinner includes 3 course meal with drinks, £45.00.
