26-27 WSDDCA Fall Conference

Join us for the 2026 Fall Conference, bringing Washington State dance coaches and judges together for a shared day of education, professional development, and connection.

The conference will begin with Kelly Berheide, Head Judge Trainer for the National Dance Team Coaches Association, leading a keynote and scoring lab for both coaches and judges. Following the shared programming, coaches and judges will break into separate sessions.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn together, connect across the dance community, and gain practical tools to take back to their programs.

For those traveling from outside the area, we have secured a discounted room rate () at the conference hotel.

Optional Lift Clinic

An optional Lift Clinic will be offered prior to the conference from 8:00–9:30 AM. Additional details and registration information for the Lift Clinic will be available soon.

Registration Information

WSDDCA Membership:
Fall Conference registration does not include WSDDCA membership. Membership must be purchased separately through a separate Eventbrite registration here.

School Purchase Orders:
If you are registering with a school purchase order, select “Pay with Check” under the payment options. Please print your registration ticket and submit it to your school as your invoice.

Late Registration Fee:
A $50 late fee will be added to conference registration after September 20, 2026. We encourage you to register early.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations received by September 20, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of the conference registration fee. No refunds will be issued after September 20. Registrants who cancel after the deadline will be responsible for the full conference registration fee.
